Our Story
Get to Know Us – The Story Behind m918kiss
Every successful platform has its own story, and m918kiss is no exception. Our journey began in 2018 with one simple belief — Malaysian users deserve a digital entertainment platform truly built for them, not just an international platform translated into Bahasa Malaysia.
At the time, most platforms in the Malaysian market were adapted versions of overseas products. Their interfaces felt foreign, the supported payment methods were unfriendly to local users, and customer support was often hard to reach due to time zone and language barriers. We saw a clear gap — and m918kiss was born to fill it.
"We didn't build m918kiss to compete with overseas platforms — we built it to serve Malaysia in ways those platforms never could."
Who Are m918kiss Users?
M918kiss members come from all walks of life — from those just discovering digital entertainment to seasoned players looking for a more reliable platform. What unites them all is the desire for a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming experience.
Most of our members are active mobile app users who enjoy entertainment during their downtime — while waiting, after work, or on weekends with friends. The flexibility of m918kiss, accessible via smartphone, tablet, or desktop, makes it suitable for every situation.
Social Responsibility and Responsible Gaming
M918kiss takes social responsibility seriously as part of our platform's identity. We believe digital entertainment should be a source of enjoyment, not stress. That is why we invest in tools and resources that help our members play smart.
Our Responsible Gaming section provides a full guide on how to set personal limits, recognise signs of problem gambling, and where to get help if needed. We also actively block access for individuals under 18 through a strict identity verification process.
Robust Technical Infrastructure
Behind its user-friendly interface, m918kiss is backed by a highly robust technical infrastructure. Our servers operate at 99.9% uptime, meaning the platform is always available when you want to play. An automatic load management system keeps platform performance stable even during peak hours when hundreds of thousands of users are online simultaneously.
All security systems are regularly updated to ensure the latest protection against cyber threats. Our IT security team monitors systems around the clock to detect and respond to any anomalies before they affect users.
World-Class Industry Partners
The quality of the gaming experience at m918kiss is inseparable from the world-class game providers we partner with. Names like Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, and many more contribute to our extensive, high-quality game library. These partnerships ensure m918kiss users always enjoy the latest titles powered by the best technology in the industry.
We also work closely with payment solution providers to ensure all popular Malaysian e-wallets — Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, and MAE — are available as seamless and secure deposit and withdrawal options.
